Zapego offer a pre-planning advice service where we complete pre-planning applications on behalf of clients including all liaisons with the Local Authority to determine the viability of a development.

We also offer a full planning application service. Zapego will complete all aspects of your planning application in order to obtain full planning permission for your development. This includes obtaining and liaison with any third party company required to provide information to support the proposed application. Zapego are willing to work on any sized project from single storey extensions to multi-million pound housing developments.

We also offer a NO WIN NO FEE package; therefore if your site fails to gain planning permission then you don’t pay any professional fees to Zapego.

Architectural

Zapego are very experienced at designing bespoke architectural solutions that meet all your functional building requirements. Our tried and tested approach is to have meetings with you to best ascertain your unique architectural and aesthetic requirements for your project. We can then proceed to produce finished design proposals tailored in accordance with your brief taking into account all consultation with your local Planning Department.

Building Surveying

Are you buying or selling a property? Then a Building Survey may appear to be a just another burden; Zapego can work with you to help relieve the stress and give you assurance on your properties condition and value.

A building survey is undertaken when a specific building problem or defect is present and requires a thorough and detailed report supplying. Problems can include dampness and subsidence, and where possible we can recommend repairs or provide details of further investigations that may be required.
